Terra has been a salon owner and independent chair renter for the past 26 years, building her career on a foundation of technical excellence, integrity, and education. Her experience includes serving as a Toni & Guy educator as well as a hair color educator for Italy Hair Fashion, roles that strengthened her passion for teaching and advancing industry standards.

After decades behind the chair, Terra is excited to pivot from independent rental to building and leading a team. She is looking forward to mentoring stylists, fostering growth, and raising the bar for an exceptional salon and spa experience.
